How do I place an order?
Fill out our order form through the Place an Order button. We’ll review your order and send the confirmed total/payment instructions before processing.What is your turnaround time?
Our usual turnaround time is 5–7 working days, not including Tuesdays and days when the lab is closed for events or holidays.Can I drop off my film/items?
Yes. You may drop off your film/items at the lab. Please fill out the order form first or upon arrival.Can I ship my film/items?
Yes. Please fill out the order form first, then send us your tracking details once available.How will I receive my scans?
Your scans will be sent through a download link once ready. Please download them before the link expires.Do you return negatives?
Yes. You may choose pickup, shipping, hold first, or disposal in the order form.What happens if my roll is blank?
We’ll inform you if a roll is blank or has issues. Applicable scanning fees may be refunded depending on the service availed.Do you digitize video tapes?
Yes. We digitize video tapes. Please note that some tapes may be blank, damaged, or unreadable.
